Back to our roots ~ literally. Spend three days living as our ancestors did harvesting wild foods, making herbal medicines from seven sacred and healing roots. We will start each day with yoga with Rose Lochmann, then head into the forests to do our harvesting against the backdrop of Idaho’s rugged Seven Devils mountain range and Snake River drainage. Our meals will include some wild foods gathered. Our activities will include making salves, tinctures and teas from the healing roots we gathered. For those who wish to participate, evenings will be occupied making personal courtship flutes from the sacred Elder. The group will be led by herbalist and author, Darcy Williamson.

50% of the proceeds from this event will be donated to The Yoga Difference, a volunteer organization committed to offering the service of yoga to make a difference in lives of individuals, communities and the world. http://www.theyogadifference.com
