Anti Itch Salve 1 oz. white plastic jar. Helps reduce itching from contact dermatitis, insect bites, eczema outbreaks and similar conditions.

Contains: Valerian root, Skullcap flowers, Yarrow leave and flowers, Wormwood leaves and Willow bark infused in olive oil, then thickened with beeswax.

Valerian (Valeriana sp.) Provides additional analgesic action for pain and nerve irritation reduction.

Skullcap (Scutellaria galericulata) helps almost any pain, shingles, myalgia, or neuralgia from spinal or peripheral nerve irritability without organic causes.

Willow Bark (Salix sp.) contains acetylated salicin, salicortin and salireposide, all of which help reduce pain and inflammation.

1 oz. white plastic jar Antifungal salve. Formulated for fungal infections such as nail, athlete's foot and external mycosis. Apply salve several times daily, working well into affected area. The salve has also been effective as an external analgesic for nerve endings.
Ingredients: Tall Sagebrush leaves, Willow bark, American Pennyroyal herb, Oregon Grape root, extra virgin olive oil and beeswax.

Tall Sagebrush: Sagebrush is a source of actinomycetes capable of producing an extensive array of antifungal metabolites.

Willow Bark: Bark extracts of various species of Salix showed promising antibacterial, antifungal, and antialgal activities. It has proven effective in treating ringworm, as well.

American Pennyroyal: The herb has a high thymol content and, therefore, antibacterial properties. It also has antifungal and anesthetic properties. It can be used in mouthwashes, footbaths and douches to relieve odor and/or itching.

Oregon Grape Root: The roots
have antimicrobial properties that are especially beneficial for the skin and intestinal tract. The extract of stem bark and its components berberine, palmatine and jatrorrhizine were screened for their inhibitory activity against a variety of dermatophytes and two Candida species of human origin using the in vitro dilution agar plate method. Jatrorrhizine was found to be the most effective against all fungal species tested.

1 oz. white plastic jar. Antiviral salves are traditionally used for all kinds of viral infections including cold sores, chicken pox, and shingles; it helps heal, soothe & relieve itching.

This salve blends the cold infused oils of the roots of Lomatium (Lomatium dissectum) and Arrowleaf Balsamroot (Balsamorhiza sagittata) plus the flowers of Gumweed (Grindella sp.). The roots and flowers were infused in extra virgin olive oil and thickened with beeswax.

The antiviral and antibacterial properties of Lomatium dissectum have attracted the interest of herbalists and Naturopathic physicians who are utilizing it in the treatment of today’s most difficult viral diseases. It is an effective addition to protocol in the treatment of Hepatitis-C, HIV, and AIDS. Lomatium is very effective used alone for treating influenza, bronchitis, Herpes simplex, sinusitis, and common colds. Internally, the tincture is taken in small frequent doses (1/4 tsp. four to five times daily). Lomatium Salve is used for outbreaks of Herpes simplex.

Arnica is one of the best remedies for external local healing and may be considered a specific when it comes to the treatment of bruises and sprains.

This salve is excellent for bruises, sprains, strains and muscle aches. It should only be used externally, on unbroken skin.

Ingredients: Arnica flowers infused in olive oil and thickened with beeswax.

CAUTION: Since internal use can cause irritation to the kidneys and digestive tract, take only homeopathic preparations orally. When using topically, do not use on broken skin.

Although many published herbals suggest using the entire plant, the flowers contain the most active constituents. Arnica is a perennial and it makes much more sense to pick flowers rather than destroying the whole plant. One of the rewards for such conservative harvesting is that the plants will often produce more flowers in the autumn!

1 oz. white plastic jar. Arrowleaf Balsamroot Salve may be applied to infections and hard to heal wounds. It is also useful for bacterial and fungal problems.

Contains: Arrowleaf Balsamroot (Balsamorhiza sagittata) root, extra virgin olive oil, beeswax.

Arrowleaf Balsamroot usually grows in large stands on hillsides. It has long, basal, silvery-green leaves shaped like arrowheads. Early spring blooming sunflowers are bright yellow and extend past the leaves on long stems. The root of Arrowleaf Balsamroot can be quite large--weighing up to 30 pounds. When broken or bruised, the massive, bark-covered root exudes a sticky, fragrant sap.

1 oz. white plastic jar. (Populus balsamifera & Capsicum sp.). For topical use on arthritic and stiff joints. Do not use on broken skin. Due to the Cayenne used in the salve, this product burns when it comes into contact with mucus membranes.

Ingredients: Buds of the female Cottonwood tree, dried ground organic cayenne peppers infused in extra virgin ollive oil and thickened with beeswax.

Cottonwood reduces pain and eases inflammations due to rheumatism and arthritis.

Cottonwood Constituents: Phenolic glycosides; salicin, populin (benzoyl salicin) and chrysin. Volatile oil, the major constituent of which is [[alpha]]-caryophyllene, with cineole, arcurcumene, bisabolene, farnesene, acetophenone, alkanes, resins, phenolic acids, gallic acid, tannins and other ubiquitous substances.

Due to it's capsaicin, Cayenne help to relieve the pain of arthritis and other forms of joint inflammation when gently massaged onto the affected area. Do not touch eyes, nose or other mucus membrane areas due to the Cayenne used in the salve.

Cayenne Constituents: include capsaicin, capsanthine, beta carotene, flavonoids, and vitamin C.

Oregon Grape Root (Mahonia repens) is similar in action to both Goldenseal and Goldthread. One of the root’s main uses is in the treatment of chronic and scaly skin conditions such as psoriasis and eczema, but it also has antibiotic properties, as well, making it a valuable ingredient in salve used to treat skin which has been taxed by brutal winter weather.
